What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and do the work: your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), the address or locality of the site, and details about the trees or plants involved, including any photos you send us.
How we collect it
When you call us, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or use the forms on this website. The forms on this site do not store anything on our servers. They prepare a message that opens in your own WhatsApp, and nothing is sent until you press send.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a site survey
- To prepare quotations, carry out the work and provide aftercare
- To issue GST invoices and keep the records the law requires
- To deliver nursery plants you order
- For tree adoption, to connect a tree owner and an adopter once both agree
What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for marketing. We share it only where needed to do the job (for example, the crew visiting your site) or where the law requires, such as GST filings.
Advertising and cookies
This website may use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure which ads lead to calls and enquiries. These services may set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit and the device you use. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. The site also remembers your plant list and day/night setting in your own browser; this stays on your device.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are working with you. Invoice and tax records are kept for the period required under Indian tax law. You can ask us to delete anything else.
Your choices
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Contact us at tmrhplantation@gmail.com or +91 99725 22240 (WhatsApp +91 80953 88344) and we will respond within 30 days.
